Smoking: No smoking in all rooms!

Bread roll service: daily (Sundays +€1 delivery fee)

Parking: One parking space included per apartment, parking spaces are available for more cars!

If possible, the rental term should be at least one week, but day by day rentals are also possible.

We offer a 5% discount for stays of two weeks, and a 10% discount for three weeks.

We charge an extra +15% for a single night stay, +10% for two nights.

Austrian hotel contract conditions are applicable.
