All bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 1 week before stay!

Winter 2023/24

The following deadlines apply for cancellations for personal reasons:

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
If due to the COVID-19 situation something should change at short notice (e.g. the borders close again, we have to close our hotel, etc.), you can naturally still re-book or cancel until the day of arrival. We may also cancel the booking at short notice, should the general situation require.
