Parking: Free parking available or-on pre-reservation-underground parking space at €10 per day.
Charging station: Electric car €30,00 (1 full charge) and Hybrid car €20
Pets are only allowed in apartments A + B.
If possible, the rental term should be at least one week, but day by day rentals are also possible. We offer a 5% discount for stays of two weeks, and a 10% discount for three weeks.
We charge an extra +15% for a single night stay, +10% for two nights.
Austrian hotel contract conditions are applicable.
